Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
You have subscribed to a paid plan within the last 7 days and are unsatisfied with the service.
You can demonstrate that the product did not function as described and our support team was unable to resolve the issue.
Refunds will not be issued after 7 days of purchase.
Refunds will not be provided for partial usage or unused features.
Renewal charges for monthly or annual subscriptions are non-refundable unless canceled before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle, after which it will not be renewed.
To request a refund, please contact our support team at team@trackpilots.com within 7 days of your original purchase. Please include your account details and reason for the refund request.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. The credited amount will reflect back to your original payment method.
